Il regroupe citoyens et associations anim\u00e9s par la volont\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 la transition \u00e9cologique et sociale sur le territoire.<\/p><p>Il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 des initiatives, des associations, des individus qui agissent pour la transition \u00e0 La Chapelle sur Erdre.
